Multi Combination License – MC License in NSW

Unit Name: License to Drive Multi Combination Vehicle

The MC license is the highest form of license that you can get on the road. Drivers qualified with the MC license are highly sought after in the transport and logistics industry. As a result, drivers holding the MC license are generally paid at a higher rate.

Class MC vehicles include B-doubles, prime movers with low loaded dollies or low loader trailer combinations, and road trains.

If you plan to obtain a MC license, you need to check the following boxes:

  • You should have held a Class HR or HC license for a period of at least one year.
  • You must have completed RMS knowledge test questions successfully.
  • You must have obtained, thoroughly read, and understood the HVCBA learner’s guidebook and logbook.
  • You must have studied all the prescribed training videos.
  • You must have passed a MC knowledge test, an eyesight test and a medical examination.

We comprehensively train you with the practical skills and knowledge you need to be able to drive a MC vehicle on Australian roads. The course content includes but is not limited to the following:
